Why the dollar price comes first

Most Bitcoin trading happens against the dollar or dollar stablecoins like USDT. Prices in other currencies are usually derived from it: take the dollar price and apply that currency's exchange rate. That is why the rupee price of Bitcoin can change even on a day when Bitcoin's dollar price stands still, because the rupee itself moved.

Thinking in sats

At high prices, whole-coin figures are hard to picture. Many people count in satoshis (sats) instead. One sat is 0.00000001 BTC, and $1 buys 1,178 sats today. Converting sats to your own currency is easier with our sats to PKR converter or the satoshi guide.
